Beau– Breaking the System & Rewriting His Story
From the age of two, Beau was heavily medicated,labeled as “too much” for the world to handle. Instead of being understood, he was silenced—stripped of his childhood, trapped in an anxious mind, and placed in environments that only fueled toxic cycles.
For years, he navigated self-doubt, anxiety, and toxic relationships, searching for a way to feel in control. It wasn’t until his late 20s that he discovered breathwork—and for the first time, he felt powerful, regulated, and truly in charge of his emotions. That shift changed everything.
Determined to help others break free from their own limitations, Beau became a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Hypnotherapist, and NLP Practitioner. He turned his pain into purpose, using his raw, no-BS approach to help entrepreneurs stop overthinking, regulate their emotions, and take massive action.
Kirsty – From Rock Bottom to Reinvention
At 19, Kirsty was in her second rehab, struggling with addiction, trauma, and a cycle of destructive relationships. Multiple overdoses, domestic violence, PTSD, anxiety, and depression became her normal.
At 20, pregnant with her first child, she hit a turning point. She picked up her first self-development book—Louise Hay’s “You Can Heal Your Life”—and made the decision that would change everything.
She became obsessed with growth, healing, and transformation, diving into everyself-development program, leadership course, and mindset training she could find. From Landmark Forum, The Journey, and Rites of Passage to becoming a Personal Trainer, Hypnotherapist, Breathwork Facilitator, NLP Practitioner, Business Strategist, and Mindset Coach, she rebuilt herself from the ground up.
Now, she teaches others how to rewire their minds, master business strategy, and create unstoppable success.
